Wellnesty makes money in two ways. We sell our own products, and we earn a commission when you buy something through certain links to other UK retailers. This page explains exactly how that works.
What An Affiliate Link Is
Some links on Wellnesty go to other retailers through affiliate programmes. If you click one of those links and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission from the retailer. This doesn’t change the price you pay.
Where You’ll See This
Any page that includes affiliate links carries a disclosure at the top, before you start reading the recommendations themselves. We don’t bury this in a footer or a separate policy page you’d have to go looking for.
Does This Affect What We Recommend
The short answer is no, and the longer answer is in our editorial policy and how we test pages. Every product is assessed against the same fixed criteria regardless of whether it earns us a commission, whether it’s a competitor’s product, or whether it’s our own. If a product with no affiliate relationship to us is genuinely the best option, that’s what the guide says.
Our Own Products
When a guide recommends a Wellnesty product, that’s disclosed too. We’re not pretending to be a fully independent third party reviewing our own range. We’re a brand that also reviews itself against the same standard as everyone else, and we think that’s a more honest position than pretending otherwise.
Why We Do It This Way
Advertising-funded sites are often pushed toward whatever pays the most per click, not what’s most useful to the reader. We’d rather be direct about how the business works and let that openness be part of why you trust the recommendations.
