How we test

Every pick is based on hands-on use, scored against fixed criteria — and judged the same whether it's ours or a rival's.

When we recommend a product, it's because we've used it — not because it pays best. We apply the same standards to Wellnesty products and to other brands, and when a rival is better for a given need, we say so plainly.

Our process

Research the category and shortlist options worth testing, including rivals and our own range.
Use each product hands-on over at least two weeks of normal use.
Score against the same fixed criteria — never on price or brand alone.
Send health-related content to a qualified clinician for review.
Publish with clear affiliate disclosure and the date of testing.
Re-test and update on a schedule, and whenever products or guidance change.

The promise

Commissions never change a score or a ranking. Our own products earn their place on the same criteria as everyone else's, and our medical reviewers don't write product verdicts — keeping clinical review separate from commercial decisions.
